Getting flat stomach is actually easier than most people make it seem. Here’s a tip that will help you - take advantage of the morning hours to engage in flat stomach exercises that will help. Make it a habit of always waking up earlier than usual to engage in some form of exercises. I know that it is difficult but the key here is to make it a habit and within a few days, it will become a habit.

The instant you become reluctant about this, you are bound to remain in bed. Use an alarm and obey it when it rings, do this for some time and you will be accustomed to it. It has been found that working out in the morning hours bring about lots of benefits and it kick starts your metabolism, making sure your fat keeps burning throughout the rest of the day. 

Perhaps you are aware that you should always allow your muscles to rest. This is a fact, but this does not apply to abs muscles considering the fact that they function evenly throughout the day. It is either you work on them throughout the day or you should allow it a day rest. Whenever you feel hesitant you should remember that the more you workout, the more flat your stomach will become. 

The ball is in your court and to practice this, you need to understand the language spoken by your body. If you sense your stomach muscles sore, allow it some rest and any other time you perform the exercise, they will be much energized. The results will eventually come… as time progresses.
